The 225-page report was written by the International Culinary Tourism Association (ICTA) in cooperation with International Culinary Tourism Development (ICTD), the world’s leading development consulting firm for the culinary tourism industry. Briefly, the analytical report includes qualitative and quantitative research on product development and marketing efforts in key culinary destinations, as well as an in-depth analysis of the current state of the world’s culinary tourism industry. The report also discusses new culinary traveler behavioral research and implications for the future of culinary tourism industry as a whole. This is the first in depth analysis ever commissioned of the global culinary tourism industry.
  
This State of the Culinary Tourism Industry report is the most comprehensive, unbiased report of its kind to date. The report numbers 225 pages and is delivered in PDF format.  It is heavily looked upon by prominent industry analysts and journalists as the go–to guide on the latest trends, hotspots, and future implications of the culinary tourism industry.  While there is no charge to the destinations that are included in the report, interested destinations may choose to support future research in a sponsorship capacity.

The report is priced at US$495 for individuals and single organizations, and US$1995 for hospitality/restaurant associations, destination marketing organizations and multiple companies on a single project. We are happy to take split payments among multiple parties (who would share the report) for the US$1995 license.
