The Association features a range of speakers who specialize in education that is customized to your needs, so the content is entirely relevant to your audience. Their language of delivery is English unless otherwise noted or requested. Some of our speakers are accustomed to working with interpreters (both simultaneous or consecutive) should you wish to have the session interpreted in another language.

innkeeper for 20 years and is a perfect speaker for small businesses

 | KATHY McAREE
As the creator of Travel With Taste, Vancouver Island's only culinary
tour company, Kathy is known as a culinary tourism trailblazer. She
specializes in wine tourism, has experience in hotels and packaged
goods, and is a board member of the British Columbia Culinary Tourism
Society. |

| DON MONSOUR In addition to serving as Chair of the International Culinary Tourism
Association, Don currently holds the positions of Chair of Culinary Tourism Society of British Columbia, Director on the BC Culinary Arts Foundation, and board member of the Victoria Chefs Association. |
 | HAROLD PARTAIN Harold teaches the Association's Certified Culinary Tourism Professional
program. He also serves on the Association's Board of Directors and
runs his own culinary tour company when he is not teaching. Harold
specializes in speaking about culinary tourism from a travel agent and
tour operator perspective. |

| MELANIE SOULES A graduate of the University of California at Davis, Melanie is passionate about culinary tourism as it relates to sustainability and agritourism. She particularly enjoys speaking to audiences about market research and rural culinary tourism development.
