The Association is extending a special offer to culinary tourism students and professors anywhere in the world. The offer is one year of premium Association membership at no cost to the student, professor or university when you submit an original research paper about culinary tourism to our BrainFood culinary tourism library.  Be thoughtful and publicize this offer to other students and professors in culinary tourism. Research relating to agritourism will also qualify for this free offer.

The types of documents we are looking for are typically research, analysis and theses papers. If you have not completed such a document before, please contact us for ideas of work we would like to see done, which would also qualify you for the free membership.  Your paper will be submitted to the Academic Workgroup for review and if approved, your free membership will be granted.

The value of the membership is US$295 per year. For every year you wish to renew your membership, a new original research paper must be submitted. The research must be original. In other words, you must have written the paper yourself or have been one of the writers of, or advisors on, the final paper. For multiple authors, the Association will extend free membership up to three (3) authors or contributors of the work. In such instances, the free membership offer applies to the first three applicants.

If you need access to the Association's resources (such as BrainFood) and do not yet have research to submit, we can help. Join as a Premium Member now, pay the membership dues, and we will refund your full membership dues at the rate of one reimbursement per calendar year for every research paper that you submit.

You retain the copyright(s) of the work(s) submitted, but you grant the Association the right to distribute your work(s) online in the private members-only BrainFood library (only). Other terms and conditions apply and are subject to change.
