Based on the results of our 2010 Culinary Tourism State of the Industry Report and Readiness Index, we are able to state which destinations in the world are emerging culinary tourism hotspots, which destinations are already culinary tourism hotspots, and which destinations are losing their lead or appeal as culinary tourism hotspots.
