Neighborhood Nibbles Maps

OVERVIEW
Neighborhood Nibbles™/Culinary Treasure™ maps are credit card-sized reference maps of a destination’s unique and memorable culinary treasures. The maps are a clever handheld, portable, lightweight and unique way to get tourists off the beaten path so they can enjoy more of the local culinary highlights. An optional integrated promotion facilitates tracking.

We coordinate every aspect of the project, including graphic design and printing, distribution, and listings. And as a third party, we have tools in place to ensure that only the most useful resources are included. Pictured left is one example of how the folded map might look.

YOUR BENEFITS
When a FoodTrekker™ guide may be too large of a project, or in destinations where fewer culinary resources exist, a pocket-sized resource like Neighborhood Nibbles™/Culinary Treasure™ Map may be exactly what you need. The benefit of a fold-out map is that you show visitors exactly how to get to your best (and usually hidden) culinary gems. Can be designed in such a way to allow destinations and associations to publish only the best or most interesting resources. Data show that 91% of people retain this map format for longer than a year. Additionally, men are proven more likely to use this kind of map than a larger fold-out map.

Once your information is in FoodTrekker.com, it is relatively easy to export it and reformat it for use in a portable map guide such as this.

YOUR RETURN
Gauge your success by measuring number of maps distributed, number of requests by target market, referrals to a unique website address of your choice, and of course, inclusion of one or several offers that you or the advertising partners can track.

Pictured above is a map that New York City did for its Restaurant Week.

Neighborhood Nibbles maps are produced by the ICTA's sister organization, International Culinary Tourism Development.
