This year we introduced one new product – the Seven Spoons culinary experience certification. We also updated our certification program modules. We eliminated paid membership dues and paid chapter dues. We also canceled for this year the 2011 State of the Culinary Tourism Industry report. We plan to renew the industry report once the global economy improves. There were no other changes to any other of our programs.
