Our Mystery (Secret) Shopping program helps both businesses and destinations improve their culinary tourism products.
One or more of our analysts visit your business or destination over a period of time. We experience your product or destination as an ordinary customer or visitor would. All work is done in secret. No one will know that we are on site do this, or that we are making notes on our experiences. When analysis is complete, we furnish you with a report of our overall observations and recommendations for your consideration. Mystery Shopping is available for almost every business type.
The "360°" refers to a 360-degree (full-circle, or complete) perspective that our analysts must assess before they can write their analysis.
