Travel is the best education, and by experiencing different foods we learn something new about other cultures. Our mission and goals support this philosophy:

To preserve and promote world's culinary cultures.

GOALS:

  1. Provide quality education about, and resources to, the culinary tourism industry.
  2. Educate consumers and trade as to how cuisine is an attraction and why it is worthy of preservation.
  3. Empower local and independent food and drink businesses to help them survive and compete effectively against chain businesses.
