STAFF CHANGES

As our Association evolved this year, two of our staff members chose to move into new positions. First, long-time team member Melody Johnson moved from the Community Manager role into a Coach role for the US states of Oregon and Washington. This move will enable Melody to work at home and focus specifically on developing culinary tourism programs in the geographic areas near her.  Project Manager Stacey Beaver who worked for us in New Zealand also chose to move into a coaching role. Stacey now oversees the coaching program in New Zealand and Australia. We’re happy for both Melody and Stacey and wish them the best as they move into these new roles. Recently, we welcomed Robert Ryanson to the Association. Robert will be handling member service and provide admin support. He will be managed by Helene Carter, who’s been with the Association for many years. Lastly, our long-time board chairman Don Monsour stepped down and we welcomed Vice Chairman Harold Partain into the Chairman position. Don will continue to serve as immediate past chair. We are extremely grateful for the service Don gave the Association in its formative years, and look forward to working with Harold to grow the Association into an even bigger and better organization.
