WHY: Here are 5 good reasons to attend the 2008 New England Culinary Tourism Symposium:
- Because culinary tourism is one of 2008's biggest food industry trends, and you need to keep your business on the cutting edge.
- Because culinary tourism in New England is so much more than clam chowder, lobster rolls and maple syrup and your business/destination may not be taking complete advantage of your region's culinary assets.
- Because this year's event promises to build on the incredible energy and enthusiasm from last year's event to be even bigger and better!
- Because your competitors will be there!
- Because there are 27 million culinary travelers in the US trying to find your business/destination at this very moment!
