In 2006, the Association partnered with the Travel Industry Association of America (TIA) to conduct the first culinary tourism research ever conducted for the United States. Since then, we have refined our research focus because so many businesses and destinations have asked for it.

What is the profile of a culinary tourist who visits Brazil? In what kind of things would a culinary tourist be interested in a chain of boutique hotels? Perhaps agriculture is of importance to your business or region and what components would be important in developing a regional culinary brand?

We offer research services performed by our internal team or in cooperation with leading universities around the world.

Each Research project is managed by a dedicated internal project manager using a state-of-the-art and easy-to-use team collaboration and project management system. Association members please consult your Member Benefits page to see discounts you may be entitled to.

Research solutions are provided by the ICTA's sister organization, Epicopia Culinary Tourism Publishing & Consulting.
